Netflix You Star Penn Badgley Buys Brooklyn Apartment At Over Asking Price

Netflix provided Penn Badgley with a fine platform to apply his craft and it appears that he is rolling in the dough as well. Now he’s paying above asking price for a Brooklynn flat.

Badgley dropped $1.825 million on a Brooklyn pad when the asking price was about $100k less. Obviously, he didn’t want it to slip away on him.

The actor from the successful psychological thriller series “You” will now have a three-bedroom two-bathroom Brooklyn place to call his own. He might be known from his time on Gossip Girl, but the Park Slope Apartment was certainly paid for with Netflix money.

Records show that he laid down his cash on October 21st for the new place. It is a corner apartment and has seven windows with treetop views.

His new place also comes with several features including 24-hour doorman, laundry room, storage, children’s room and two outdoor courtyards. You can check out some photos of Penn’s pad below.
