Kristen Bell Was Jealous About Dax Shepard’s Previous Open Relationship

Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell have been happily married since 2013. However, the couple recently revealed that it hasn’t always been smooth sailing for them.

Shepard and Bell recently appeared on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” and in a virtual interview, discussed details of their relationship. During the interview, Barrymore asked Shepard about the last time Bell got jealous.

Shepard began with a sweet compliment for his wife, calling her “incredibly confident, as she should be.” However, he did admit that was something that caused her to be jealous, and “for pretty good reasons.”

I had been in an open relationship for nine years, I was blacked out a big chunk of my life. You know, there were a lot of things for her to be concerned about.

However, Shepard quickly clarified that once he and Bell got engaged, things immediately changed and he now finds her to be “incredibly not jealous, which is an incredibly hot characteristic in a partner.”

It certainly seems like Shepard and Bell overcame their issues together, and are very secure in their relationship. Check out this clip from the interview below.
