Anthony Davis is one of the star players for the Los Angeles Lakers. Unfortunately, his performance has been marred by injuries and just plain bad luck. It seems that happened again during the Lakers’ latest game.
The Los Angeles Lakers faced off against the Portland Trail Blazers. Unfortunately for the Lakers, they were destroyed by the Trail Blazers. The Lakers are already four losses down and with LeBron James injured – things are not looking good for them at all.
During the game against the Trail Blazers, Anthony Davis had to exit the game after just seven minutes of action. Before the game, Anthony Davis was cleared for a thumb injury, and there was hope he would be healthy for the whole game.
However, that did not end up happening as Davis ended up leaving the game with what was reported at the time as a stomach ache. Many fans were puzzled by this as a simple stomach ache shouldn’t have been anything severe. It turns out Davis’ problem was worse than expected.
After the game, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel told reporters that Davis had thrown up at least four times before the game. In spite of this, Davis tried to play in the game. We will have to wait and see if The Lakers will be able to regain their momentum or not as things simply don’t look good for them right now.
