Conor McGregor simply isn’t what he used to be and Jake Paul is well aware of that fact. In the past, Jake Paul offered to pay Conor McGregor $50 million to face him in a boxing match but that ship has sailed. Many don’t think a boxing match between the two would even be feasible.
Many fans certainly agree that a boxing match between Conor McGregor and Jake Paul would be a big-money match. Jake Paul previously noted that he isn’t interested in fighting ‘loser’ Conor McGregor right now.
Jake Paul had previously stated that he is the ‘money fight’ for Conor McGregor. Despite this, it seems a possible boxing match between the two is always on everyone’s mind.
While speaking during a recent press conference, Jake Paul talked about possibly squaring off against Conor McGregor in a boxing match. Paul said that a match could take place in the next 48 or 36 months and added that McGregor needs to fight him.
“Its’ very real, I think the fight happens in the next 48 months or 36 months for sure. It makes financial sense… You know at this point, he needs me more than I need him.
He’s [Conor McGregor’s] a f**king loser, he’s a drunk motherf**ker running around with his bull sh*t, cheating on his wife… doing all this crazy sh*t. So you know the guy is a mess, you know he hasn’t won in four years or something. So like I said, he needs me more than I need him”
Jake Paul is currently set to square off against Tommy Fury in a boxing match on December 18th. So it is evident Conor McGregor simply isn’t a priority for him right now. Regardless, it remains to be seen if the two do duke it out in the future.
