Dorit Kemsley Begged Robbers For Her Life During Home Invasion

Dorit Kemsley was recently the victim of a terrifying incident. “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” star spoke to Extra‘s Special Correspondent, Teddi Mellencamp about what happened.

Robbers broke into Dorit’s Encino home, and left with bags of her stolen property. Dorit was home at the time, along with her children, Jagger and Phoenix, 7 and 5 years old respectively, who were asleep at the time.

The robbers had not expected Dorit to be at home, and were surprised to see her, asking her who else was at home. Dorit revealed to Teddi that one of the robbers asked the others to kill her.

Dorit states that she tried her best to stay calm, while begging them to not hurt her, and asked them to take anything they wanted instead.

“There was someone else who said, ‘Just kill her, just kill her already, just kill her,’ and all I could think of, ‘I have to save those babies.’ I begged them, I begged for my life, and begged for their life.”

I stayed very calm because I knew they were very panicked and if I didn’t, the situation could have gone a lot worse.

Dorit is understandably shaken in the wake of the incident, and said to Teddi that she is just “trying to put one foot in front of the other.” The police have released surveillance footage of the night, in the hopes of enlisting the public’s help in apprehending the robbers.
