Logan Paul Selling Encino Estate For $9 Million

It seems that Logan Paul has decided to leave Los Angeles and head on to greener pastures in Puerto Rico. The influencer has just listed his estate outside the city.

Paul’s Encino estate hit the market on Tuesday, at a whopping $8,995,000, and it is undeniable that the property looks quite impressive in the staging photos.

Among other things, the estate boasts a closet full of shopping bags from Hermes and a garage with a stunning Rolls-Royce. While these might come with the home, there are other alluring features as well.

The 7,667-square-foot estate boasts a massive yard, along with a swimming pool, wine cellar, and billiards room. Paul, who purchased the property for $6.6 million in 2017, has put a lot of work into it.
