Britney Spears has been relentlessly fighting the legal battle regarding the conservatorship for years. In a landmark victory, Spears’ father Jamie was finally suspended from her conservatorship. Things have been turning in Britney’s favor lately. Hopefully we will get a chance to listen to her music again.

On Friday, November 12 Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny ruled in favor of the singer’s request to formally end conservatorship all together. The ruling was not opposed by any of the parties involved. Another hearing has been set for 8 December to resolve any outstanding financial matters.

The problem is, Britney faced a fall-out due to conservatorship that lasted 13 long years. Britney is not personally connected to any producer, writer or manager. In fact, in midst of the terrible abuse and conservatorship scandal is an on going feud with Spear’s Ex- Business Manager Lou Taylor.

It is quite interesting to see how the whole deck was stacked against Britney from the start. Her own lawyer and Business Manager at the time allegedly didn’t protect her, her money or thought of her well-being.

However, Britney is determined to change that by going back to business. The pop-star is intending to go back in the recording studio. Britney also wants to take dance lessons as she loved going to a public dance studio recently. The pop queen has no plans of performing in Vegas or anywhere else though. Whatever the case maybe we hope she gets to enjoy her much sought-after freedom.
