Jake Gyllenhaal has been trending on twitter ever since Taylor Swift released the new 10-minute version of “All Too Well“. The critically acclaimed song about Taylor’s relationship and subsequent break-up with Jake. The song also has a short film of its own. Starring Dylan O’Brien and Sadie Sink and TS.

Millions of Swifties have made the Avengers actor the butt of the joke after the new 10-minute version of the song and the short film confirmed various fan theories. The lyrics of the song have re-affirmed that indeed the 2012 song was about Jake Gyllenhaal. The song even went on to detail what caused the break-up and why it made no sense for Jake to break Taylor’s heart.

Taylor Swift apparently started the roasts though. One of the new added verses say: “I’ll get older, but your lovers stay my age” fit a direct interpretation as Jake Gyllenhaal is currently dating Jeanne Cadieu who is 25 & Jake Gyllenhaal is 40. The lyrics stem from the fact that Gyllenhaal blamed the age gap between him and Swift as a reason for breaking up with her: “You said if we had been closer in age maybe it would have been fine / And that made me want to die.”
