Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is one of the biggest names in the entire world right now. His brand value is almost limitless and brings huge star power to any film he acts in. The Rock is also a businessman and a very conniving one at that.
He also loves keeping himself in the best physical shape possible. The Rock recently starred in yet another blockbuster movie as he acted alongside Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot in the upcoming action-comedy film Red Notice. It was said that the film will be the most expensive ever produced by Netflix as well.
The film saw The Rock portraying the role of ‘the FBI’s top profiler’ while Gal Gadot will play the world’s greatest art thief and Ryan Reynolds will play the world’s greatest con artist.
While speaking to Comicbook.com, The Rock talked about being an imposing figure in real life. The Rock admitted that he has stopped trying to go out in public and hide, as fans can spot him almost instantly.
“Oh dude, I’m gonna be one of those, when the pandemic is over, fingers crossed, it’s gonna be sooner than later, I’m still gonna be in a full mask, glasses, hat, long sleeve, long pants, a little bit of a slouch, and people are still gonna be like, “Oh, that’s The Rock. “I recognize him.” So no, there’s no hiding. Anonymity has gone out the window for me many, many years ago.”
The film dropped on November 12th and now it remains to be seen whether it lived up to the insane expectations. If reviews are anything to go by, perhaps it wasn’t the blockbuster many thought it would be.
