Judge Ruling On Britney Spears Conservatorship Dropped Huge Bombshell

After several years of harassment, torture and mental anguish, Britney Spears spoke out against her father’s conservatorship a few months ago. It was previously reported that Britney Spears doesn’t want to be scared to speak amid her conservatorship case. Now it seems the judge ruling on her conservatorship case dropped a huge bombshell.

It came to such a point that Spears wasn’t even able to speak to due to being overmedicated for many years. In fact, her father Jamie Spears was accused of recording audio in her bedroom.

In a landmark victory, Spears’ father Jamie was finally suspended from her conservatorship. This brought joy and relief to Britney Spears and her supporters. Finally, after 13 long years, Britney Spears was finally free from her conservatorship.

According to Hollywood Life, California family lawyer David J. Glass of Enenstein Law revealed the bombshell that judge Brenda J. Penny dropped before making her highly anticipated decision on the conservatorship.

“Judge Penny hung her hat on the fact that this conservatorship started voluntarily and then dropped what I thought was a bombshell – that there had not been a psychological or psychiatric report on Britney’s capacity at the start. So the court said Britney did not need to show that she has regained capacity. The only question was, ‘Was the conservatorship still needed’ and since nobody opposed termination, that is what the judge did.”

Now that Britney Spears is finally free, we will have to wait and see what she will do next. Spears also revealed that hse wants to go back to making music, so perhaps Spears will do just that next.
