Madonna’s former Miami mansion has just just been listed for over a whopping $31 million. However, despite all its splendor, perhaps the most striking thing about the property is the identity of its seller.
The mansion is being sold by Gunther IV, a German Shepherd. However, don’t take his species lightly. Gunther IV comes from a pretty impressive lineage.
It might sound ridiculous, but a German countess by the name of Karlotta Liebenstein had created a trust, whose beneficiary was none other than Gunther’s great grandfather, Gunther III, who inherited it in 1992 upon Karlotta’s passing away.
Gunther IV inherited the property, making him the owner of the mansion, along with a fortune estimated to be around $500,000. It seems that Gunther has been living the fine life, vacationing in the Bahamas, eating caviar, and traveling in his own private jet.
Gunther’s mansion occupies more than an acre of land, and overlooks a magnificent view, which Gunther enjoys from Madonna’s former bedroom. All of this might sound outrageous, but stranger things have happened.
