Jenna Johnson has been a part of Dancing With The Stars for many seasons. While her husband Val Chmerkovskiy has stated that he is not interesting to re-appear in the show again, fans are wondering if Johnson is accompanying him on his way out.
Johnson’s fans are also wondering whether the couple are going to have a baby soon. While appearing on an interview with CinemaBlend, she expressed that she wants to stay on the show for as long as possible. She said that she wants to stay on for as long as her body is willing.
I have no plans to not be on this show. I hope I have many more seasons because it really is a dream come true to be able to create every week, to dance, to meet new people. So I hope that as long as my body will allow me, I can continue to dance on the show.
Jojo Siwa and Johnson are partnered in the ongoing season of the show. While most fans consider her to be a frontrunner for the show’s finale, she doesn’t buy it. Her opinion is that you can get eliminated from the show really quickly if you allow yourself to get comfortable.
Johnson also talked about how her husband got eliminated. She said that it was something completely unexpected to her. She added that while they’d discussed this a week ago and they were leading the leaderboard, their elimination was a wake up call.
Val and I actually spoke about this week after he got eliminated because I just did not see it coming. I was so confused the previous week. They had the best scores of the night. They ended up on top of the leaderboard, and I just think it really comes down to, you can never get comfortable. It really does — fifty percent of it relies on the fan vote. … Even by getting high scores, you know, like you said, we ended up in the bottom. That was one of the worst feelings.
Johnson and Val have been married since 2019. The professional dancer couple has been seeking time to start a family together. However, their time has mostly been spent on the show, so only time will tell when they can move forward.
