Jon Gosselin In Excruciating Pain After Venomous Spider Bite

Jon Gosselin made a name for himself being a part of the “Jon & Kate Plus 8” reality TV show. Unfortunately for him, Gosselin isn’t having a great time right now. This is because he is suffering greatly due to a venomous spider bite.

While speaking to TMZ, Jon Gosselin stated that he is not really sure what happened. However, his leg ballooned to twice its size and he limped to his car to quickly seek out medical attention.

He added that the pain was “excruciating” and that Gosselin could barely walk. After getting to an Urgent Care, Jon Gosselin got an Rx for antibiotics and antibiotic cream.

While speaking to The Sun, Jon Gosselin stated that he believes it was a brown, recluse spider. If he is correct, those spiders are very dangerous ones as people have lost limbs after being bitten. Some have even lost their lives.

“My first thought was ‘What now?’ I have had a rough year, my breakup was hard, then I got COVID, which was bad. It was really weird because when I looked at my leg I realized it was twice the size and there’s a red-looking blister with a large red circle around it.

It kind of looked like a cigarette burn, but really raised. The doc immediately knew the pain was from a brown recluse, which is a deadly spider. My entire leg had swollen up from the cellulitis.

The doctor told me that I was lucky to come in because if you don’t treat this you can lose limbs or die from a bacterial infection. I just wish I knew where the spider was so I can take my revenge.”

With 2022 just around the corner, we certainly hope the “Jon & Kate Plus 8” doesn’t suffer any major setbacks once again as that is something he would like to avoid.
