Georges St-Pierre Gives Huge Props To Jake Paul As A Businessman

Georges St-Pierre is certainly one of the most popular and legendary fighters in the entire MMA world. The UFC Hall Of Famer was at the top of his game back in 2013, but would leave the company for a few years, which shocked many.

Georges St-Pierre made his return to the UFC back in 2016 where he faced off against Michael Bisping in a different weight class. Georges St-Pierre would hang up his gloves for good in 2019, bringing an end to a legendary career.

Love him or hate him, there is certainly no denying the fact that Jake Paul is one of the biggest names in professional boxing right now. Jake Paul would also agree with this assessment.

While speaking on SPORF, Georges St-Pierre talked about Jake Paul’s influence in the boxing world. The UFC legend admitted that Jake Paul is a great businessman and revealed that he does not hate Jake Paul.

“A lot of people hate Jake Paul. I don’t hate Jake Paul. I think he is doing a great job. You know, it’s about hate me, love me, but don’t ignore me. People tune in, and he makes a lot of money. He’s a very smart businessman. And I think so far, he did great. So, I’m not a Jake Paul hater, guys.”

Yeah, now he’s coming into the real world of boxing. He’s going up against a real boxer in boxing. So, we’ll see what he’s made of, you know. It’s gonna be same weight class, you know, no trick. So, they both gonna know what they’re getting into. So, it’s gonna be interesting. I’m gonna tune in for that one.”

Jake Paul was also accused of taking performance-enhancing drugs recently. Regardless, Paul and Fury are set to duke it out on December 18th in the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. We will have to wait and see who will win the match.
