Keira Knightley & Family Test Positive For COVID-19

British actress Keira Knightley has recently tested positive for COVID-19. It appears that full vaccination didn’t protect her from the virus.

Both of her daughters, Delilah, 2 and Edie, 6 are also recovering from the virus. During a recent interview with The Daily Telegraph’s Stella Magazine, Keira revealed that all her immediate family members are diagnosed COVID-positive. The entire household, including herself is recovering from the situation.

Keira stated that she and her husband, James Righton are currently in home quarantine with their children. While all the family members are down with the virus, hers is the only one that is presented with serious symptoms.

According to Keira, both of her daughters’ symptoms are milder than hers. She is down with high fever and loss of smell. Her strong symptoms are surprising to see in someone who is fully vaccinated. Husband James, is however, completely asymptomatic. Keira said about his musician husband.

“[He is] being very smug about it. He is convinced it’s because he’s one of those cold-water swimmers and I’m not.”

Health officials haven’t yet conclusively identified reasons why some people who contract the viral respiratory illness experience symptoms, and others do not. Keira and her entire family are maintaining strict isolation to prevent further worsening of the situation. We pray that the family with two young daughters recover the soonest.
