Mary J Blige, the Queen of Hip Hop Soul will perform at the Super Bowl. The show is on February 13, 2022, and she is doing it for the second time. This time things might be different.
Mary J. Blige is aware that this time the show will be on a whole other level. She seemed royally chill about it. She has been there already in January 2001, when the show was titled “The Kings of Rock and Pop”. She explained What Happens on a Live show.
“I’m cool. I mean, the world is gonna be watching. But I think I’ll be alright. The first time I did it, I was in the background with Aerosmith, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake. Now, I’m gonna be in the front with all my peers, which is Dre, and Snoop, and Eminem, and Kendrick. You know, I’m the Queen of Hip Hop Soul.” The rapper shared.
Music stars Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar will headline the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show. Dr. Dre will be leading his squad to the offensive: Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige. Fans have commented that hip-hop will be represented with all the glory and respect for the first time.
The five musicians have been awarded 43 Grammys collectively and created 22 No. 1 Billboard albums. They will unite on stage for the first time on Feb. 13 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The show will be produced by Roc Nation, the entertainment company founded by Jay-Z.
