Bidding War Erupts Over Brad Pitt Racing Film

Brad Pitt‘s latest project, directed by Joseph Kosinski, with Jerry Bruckheimer as the producer and Paramount’s screenplay writer Ehren Kruger on board, has a ton of interest and is generating some serious buzz.

A bidding war erupted on Friday afternoon over this film with Hollywood’ s major studios and streamers doing their best to get their hands on the untitled project. Deadline reports that the bidding war was a fierce one.

Joining Paramount studios such as Sony, MGM, Universal and streamers such as Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon are fighting over the rights of the film. Even Disney which normally sits on the sidelines with races like this has participated to the lock the film down.

There is no information regarding the plot of this upcoming film. Sources say British Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton will be included in the project in a limited capacity.

The people involved in the project are keeping everything under the wraps for now as representatives for Brad Pitt and Joseph Kosinski declined to leave a comment when approached.
