Aaron Carter and baby mama Melanie Martin are getting back together. After a dramatic weekend that involved a call to Child Protective Services, the turbulent couple are reuniting for the sake of their family. Aaron says they’re going to try to work things out, even if feelings have been hurt.

Aaron believed the contact was a betrayal of his trust. His paranoia led him to believe that his family was seeking to place him under a conservatorship. It is unlikely that Aaron Carter would know of the word “conservatorship” if it wasn’t for the newsworthiness of Britney Spears.

Despite all the drama, Aaron and Melanie are going to try again. It’s all supposedly in the best interest of their newborn, Prince. The CPS call came after Carter’s fans turned in Melanie for seemingly placing the baby into bed too roughly.

The agents made a routine check. The follow-up revealed that all was well. CPS left without any incident.

Now, Aaron Carter and Melanie Martin will once again try to take on the world together. It’s likely only a matter of time before Aaron gets upset again. The couple has a history of breaking up and getting back together. Sometimes Aaron’s party isn’t so fun.
