Emmitt Smith’s Dallas Mansion Sells In Less Than One Day

Emmitt Smith’s Dallas mansion was put on sale. The mansion which also has a private dinner combo was put on sale for an amount of $2.2 million, and it sold even before the 24 hours of it having hit the market were up.

TMZ sports reports that while the house was put on sale in September, Smith’s listing agent, Arthur Greenstein of Douglas Elliman secured 12 offers for it right from the get-go.

The 10,806-square-feet property was initially built in 1999. Having five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a game room and a home theater, the house comes with a hospital private dinner space which hosts dinner parties for up to 22 guests.

The house has a huge pool and barbeque area to go along with all the facilities. With such a great property, the buyer also gets a special gift along with it, which is having a dinner with the man Emmitt Smith himself.
