Chris Lopez Sides With Briana DeJesus In Lawsuit Against Ex Kailyn Lowry

In July, Kailyn Lowry had filed a lawsuit against Briana DeJesus accusing her of defamation. Lowry said that “untrue statements” made by DeJesus relating to her ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez were defamatory and “harmed” her.

DeJesus’s lawyer came forth the next month and denied the accusations of defamation made by Lowry in her lawsuit. Now, Lowry’s ex Chris Lopez is getting involved in the issue.

Lopez has released a two-page affidavit in which he talks about his meetings and interactions with DeJesus and of the conversations they had about a domestic abuse incident involving Lowry.

In the affidavit, Lopez described in detail the conversation he had with DeJesus during the few days they spent together in Miami in April. Lopez revealed that he had indeed been assaulted by Lowry in his mother’s house and that his mother and sister were witnesses to the incident.

He also stated that the fight broke out because he cut their son Lux’s hair. He revealed that he did not fight back and let Lowry hit him during this altercation and later on called the police.

I met with Briana Soto in Miami on or around April 11, 2021. We spent a few days there together.

On the first day we spent together, we spoke about the incident that happened between Kailyn Lowry and myself in September 2020 which resulted in Lowry’s arrest.

I told Briana that Kailyn punched me multiple times during this incident.
 
I told Briana that Kailyn punched me because Kailyn was mad that I cut our son Lux’s hair.
 
I told Briana that Kailyn learned of Lux’s haircut when she visited my mother’s home on September 4, 2020 to pick up Lux.
 
I told Briana that my mother and my sister were both present during this incident and witnessed Kailyn’s conduct.

I told Briana that upon learning of Lux’s haircut, Kailyn became very upset, stormed into my mother’s home, and began to punch me.

I told Briana that I did not fight back and continued to allow Kailyn to hit me.

I told Briana that my mother or sister pulled Kailyn away from me and told her to leave.
 
I told Briana that, after Kailyn punched me and left my mother’s home, I called the police.

Lopez went on to say that the testimony produced by Lowry’s eye-witness (their son’s nanny) is false because the person was not present during the incident.
