Tristan Thompson recently filed an emergency motion gag order to prevent Maralee Nichols from going public about their ongoing paternity lawsuit, according to Hollywood Life.
Thompson, 30, filed the motion last month in Texas’ Harris County to prohibit the parties involved from “distributing or disseminating to any other individual and/or media” details pertaining to the lawsuit.
He accused Nichols of “leaking information” about the filing to media and tabloids and referred to the alleged move as a “flagrant and callous disregard for this Court’s authority and with malicious intent toward.”
Nichols has also been accused of trying to “achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself,” according to the documents. The personal trainer from Texas filed the paternity suit in Los Angeles last week.
Previously, it was reported that Thompson’s ex Khloé Kardashian would not prevent their daughter True from developing a bond with the baby boy, who was born on Dec. 3.
