Katie Maloney Says Tom Sandoval Lied About Vanderpump Rules Storyline

Tom Sandoval and Katie Maloney, known for their roles in “Vanderpump Rules” have been butting heads all season since Sandoval announced he’s opening up a bar in partnership with Katie’s husband, Tom Schwartz.

After she was informed she couldn’t be part of the “Schwartz & Sandy’s” bar business, Katie lashed out in an Instagram video. This left fans in a state of disarray. Katie also shared her thoughts on recent comments made by Sandoval on a podcast hosted by Zack Peter on Apple Podcasts .

In the said podcast, Sandoval claimed that Katie called him up before the production for the 9th season of the show to ask if she could tell producers she was involved with the bar. Sandoval shared he was confused by his co-star’s request because the bar opening was not going to happen any time soon.

In her video, Katie said Sandoval tried to “discredit” her by saying she used him for a storyline. She further talked about a text conversation she had with Sandoval about the possibility of her being a part of it. Katie said she specifically mentioned her request had nothing to do with the Bravo reality show.

The public’s reaction to her video was a mixed bag. Under the comment section of her video fans left their thoughts. Some said Katie seemed “tipsy” or “high as kite” while others thought the video was “bizarre”.
