Rick Ross Addresses Rumors Of Beef With Meek Mill

Rick Ross and Meek Mill have a solid working relationship together, and have often stood on good terms with each other. However, rumors have been circulating that things are not very good at the Maybach Music Group.

Meek Mill and Rick Ross stand at odds with each other over the rapper’s deal. However, Ross is adamant that people are blowing their stories way out of proportions than what it really is.

Rick Ross had a conversation with Billboard Hip Hop editor Carl Lamarre. He gave his fans much need clarity over the situation with Mill, and said that despite any issues between him and his artists, he always wishes for their good.

I feel like we’re both hustlers. That’s one thing about life, you either grow together or grow apart. As a boss, you make that decision, because whatever it is you want to do, Ricky Rozay wants to see you do it. There’s a lot of people that didn’t last or was still down with me the way Meek is — so I want to see the homie shine regardless.

Mill has formerly expressed his concerns over the problems with his label. He once tweeted that he didn’t know how much his label made off his music, and asked for lawyers. The tweet has been removed since.

I haven’t get [sic] paid from music and i don’t know how much money labels make off me. I need lawyers asap!!! Ask the record label? how much have you spent on me as a artist? then you ask how much have you made off me as a artist? i’m about to make my record deal public by monday just to let the world see what these people on!!!

DJ Akademiks was the first one to shoot out the report of the two rappers beefing. He claimed that the beef started when Ross was denied entry to the Dream Chasers boss’ birthday party.
