“The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” has been a fan favorite from the time it aired but Andy Cohen now has some bad news for “Real Housewives” fans. The Bravo host has confirmed that there will not be a reunion for the first season of the show.
The first season of the “Real Housewives” mashup series made its debut on Peacock in November. The spinoff was filmed in Turks and Caicos and starred Kyle Richards (“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”), Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps (“Real Housewives of New York City”), Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey (“Real Housewives of Atlanta”), and Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice (“Real Housewives of New Jersey.”)
Recently in a Twitter Q&A, a fan asked Cohen whether or not RHUGT will get a reunion, to which he replied, “Doubt it. It stands on its own.”
In a follow-up question, Cohen was asked, “If RHUGT got a reunion, who do you think would be on either side of you in the first seats? “Ramona and Kenya. Right?” Cohen replied.
Cohen’s comments garnered a big reaction on social media. In response to an Instagram screenshot of Cohen’s Q&A question, fans demanded a reunion. “We riot at dawn, a reunion is necessary!!!” one fan replied on Instagram. Others pointed out that RHONY star Ramona Singer is long overdue to participate in a reunion.
Some fans also took to Twitter to convey their disappointment. They insisted that the show deserves a second reunion. Watch what the fans had to say in the tweets below.
