Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has made herself a target for criticism due to a recent Instagram post.
Giudice posted a picture of herself wearing a neon-yellow long graffiti coat with the following written on it:
I’d rather go naked than wear fur.
The coat was designed by Phillip Plein and was priced at $2,145, according to Plein’s website. This made it pretty clear that Giudice was establishing herself as a person against wearing real fur, however, this didn’t sit right with her followers.
Many people stormed the star’s comment section with some harsh words of criticism for Giudice. Fans called out Giudice for having double standards and made note of the fact that she has worn fur coats in the past.
A resurfaced People report from 2016 that featured Giudice and her daughter donning matching fur coats at a red-carpet event. Apart from this, multiple pictures of Giudice wearing fur in the past have made rounds on the internet.
In 2015, Giudice also received a letter from PETA in which the organization took some heavy jabs at the reality star for her usage of fur coats.
Giudice is yet to comment on all the criticisms against her from the people in her Instagram comments.
