According to a recent study Drake‘s music made joggers increase their running time. The 35-year old rapper has a song for every occasion. It’s likely there’s a record that Drake’s extensive range will match whatever vibe you’re feeling.
Unfortunately, Drake’s music may not be the best for joggers or when you’re hitting the treadmill. The new study shared by Sportwear brand Pour Moi reveals that Drake’s music ranks among the worst to listen to while running.
The study looked into 60 runs among a group of joggers. Each one in the group listened to different artists. Beyoncé topped the list, runners who listened to Beyoncé cut their running time short by 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
While runners who listened to Drake surprisingly increased their running time by 6%. The study shows that listening to Drake could add nearly 15 extra minutes to their total running time.
Other artists were ranked at the lower part of list joining Drake includes BTS, Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat and Katy Perry. Meanwhile artists who made runners quicker are Harry Styles, Britney Spears, Cardi B, Travis Scott, Kanye West and Rihanna.
