Gwen Stefani Delivers Astounding Performance At Spotify’s Wrapped Party

Gwen Stefani is loved around the world and it was quite a treat for some lucky people to get a very up-close performance from the Holler Back Girl herself.

Spotify recently organized what it described as “A Totally Normal Party for 2021.” The bash, which took place at an event space in Los Angeles on Tuesday, featured “themed audio activations, aura readings from Mystic Michaela, [and] groove-garnering DJs.”

The party was attended by the likes of Skylar Astin, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Christopher Meyer, Samantha Logan, and many others.

The night started with a DJ set from Lost Kings, followed by the local USC Trojan Marching Band bursting in through the curtains in full uniform. The band performed a medley of the five most streamed songs on Spotify this year, Olivia Rodrigo’s “drivers license” and “good 4 u,” Lil Nas X’s “MONTERO,” The Kid LAROI’s “STAY,” and Dua Lipa’s “Levitating.”

It was, however, Gwen Stefani who stole the show at the end of the night, with an incredible 45-minute set featuring her greatest hits. The set included “Just a Girl,” “Hey Baby,” “The Sweet Escape,” “Spiderwebs,” “Hollaback Girl,” “Don’t Speak,” “It’s My Life” and “Rich Girl” among others.

Gwen’s electrifying set was followed by a set performed by MAAD. Ultimately, Plastique Tiara took over DJ duties for the rest of what seems to have been an absolutely bonkers night. Check out this clip of Gwen’s performance.
