Jake Paul Says Canelo Alvarez Fight Will 100% Happen

Canelo Alvarez is considered one of the greatest professional boxers of all time and it is hard to argue why. Alvarez faced off against Caleb Plant for the IBF champion last month. It seems Jake Paul is sure a match with him will happen.

The Pound for pound king had an all-out war with Caleb Plant and brutalized him. Caleb tried his best but simply couldn’t match up to Alvarez’s offence. In the end, Alvarez won in the 11th round. Thus, Alvarez became boxing’s only undisputed unified super middleweight champion. 

Due to this, Jake Paul hilariously asked if he should sign Alvarez to his Most Valuable Promotions. The Problem Child also made it clear he wants to throw down with Canelo Alvarez in the future.

While speaking to ESPN, Jake Paul made it clear that he is 100% certain he will square off against Canelo Alvarez in a boxing match in the near future.

“One-hundred percent I’m going to fight Canelo. Look at this guy Yildrim… Why can he get a fight [against Canelo] but I can’t?”

Jake Paul also recently stated that he can do some real damage to Canelo Alvarez. We will have to wait and see if that fight does happen in the future, as fans would love to see it.
