She was trying to cover her mouth but eventually, her mask lowered to reveal some plumped-up lips. Megan immediately tried to conceal herself by wearing an oversized beige jacket with a hood pulled over her head. She struggled to keep the hood closed around her face, exposing her puffy and glossy lips once again.
