Jake Paul has always been part of huge boxing matches and the hype he builds for each of his matches is almost astonishing. The YouTuber turned boxer also possesses a face that many people would like to punch, including his own friends. Jake Paul also loves trash-talking his opponents before his matches and it has been quite effective on each occasion.
Jake Paul’s current character sees him as a heel who loves getting under the skin of his opponents before every boxing match. Jake Paul isn’t afraid to call out top UFC stars for fights as he has called out the likes of Nate Diaz on numerous occasions for a fight. At one time he even called Nate Diaz every day to book a fight against him.
Love him or hate him, there is certainly no denying the fact that Jake Paul is one of the biggest names in professional boxing right now. Jake Paul would also agree with this assessment.
While speaking with ‘The Schmo,’ Jake Paul’s coach BJ Flores stated that Nate Diaz is definitely being considered as Jake Paul’s next opponent after his rematch with Tyron Woodley.
“He could be [the next opponent for Jake Paul]. I respect Nate [Diaz]. I think he’s an outstanding MMA fighter. In the UFC, I was a big fan of his. But this is boxing, so it’s different. But if he wants to come over after we handle business with Tyron [Woodley] this Saturday, you know that could be something to look at. So it’s definitely an exciting fight – a fight that would get the fans excited.”
Michael Bisping also previously said that Jake Paul could defeat Nate Diaz in a boxing match. We will have to wait and see if the two will ever duke it out in the future or not.
