Coi Leray knows a thing or two about talking big and not delivering. After an embarrassing performance at the Rolling Loud and her pathetic excuse of freestyle in a XXL video in July. The rapper returned making big claims about her debut album.
The pressure to craft a impressive debut album can be a bit overwhelming to artists. Coi Leray fans have been anticipating the rapper’s long awaited album to drop, but it seems Coi took her time to prepare her debut with precision.
The rapper took to Instagram to share what she’s been going through and what to expect from her debut record. She previously released singles like “No More Parties” and “Twinnem”, but a full-length has yet to arrive.
She shared on Instagram, that even though she made millions, she had to go through depression. She also revealed that she will be releasing her last song for the year called, “Medicine”. She added,
This song is strictly for my fans. When I got in the booth and vent, just know I’m speaking from the heart and I meant every word in the song. Hope everyone has a great holiday and gets everything they ever dreamed of.”
The rapper concluded her statement claiming that her debut album is “going to be one of the biggest female artist albums in the world.” We will have to wait and see if her big claims comes to fruition or she will again disappoint her fans by leading them on and not delivering.
