Tom Holland previously stated that Spider-Man: No Way Home will be the end of the Homecoming trilogy. He then made it clear that a fourth film featuring the webhead isn’t impossible. Holland further added that Marvel would build something different with a possible fourth film.
It was also previously reported that Spider-Man: No Way Home will mark the beginning of the shared universe with Sony and Marvel. Holland even admitted that he didn’t think the script would work at first.
As reported earlier, franchise producer Amy Pascal recently revealed that after the end of the original trilogy, Tom Holland will be starring in yet another trilogy that, much to the delight of fans. Holland was excited at this news as well.
The film was finally released this week and fans and critics alive seem to love it a lot. It seems the film will have an excellent opening at the Box Office as well. Frank Pallotta took to Twitter and revealed that Spider-Man: No Way Home has earned $121 million on its opening day.
It was also said that Sony originally projected $130M for the weekend. The film is now projected for an opening of $242M. So it seems the film will easily smash all estimates, which comes as no surprise considering the scale and magnitude of the film.
