Andy Cohen is an Emmy Award-winning host, producer, and author best known for hosting. He is also known for executive producing Bravo’s Late Night interactive talk show “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.” Andy Cohen’s absence from “Watch What Happens Live” and other past appearances has been addressed.
Andy Cohen was diagnosed with his second bout of COVID-19. According to TMZ, it forced him to cancel his late-night talk show and other booked events.
“After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus,” Andy Cohen wrote. “As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better. I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.”
When streaming service Hayu stated that there will be no new episodes of the famous Bravo late-night show, fans realized something was wrong. Hayu tweeted out on December 18, 2021 to say, “WWHL production is currently on hold in the U.S. We will be streaming any new episodes that are available, so please keep an eye out.”
We’re hoping for the best in this situation as Andy Cohen battles the virus. Our thoughts also go out to anyone experiencing an awful situation due to the pandemic.
