Kyle Richards Plans To Rekindle Strained Relationship With Family For Christmas

Kyle Richards is one of the most divisive housewives of ‘ The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.’ Kyle Richards’ supporters on Reddit believe it’s time for her just to walk away from the spotlight after 12 seasons on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She might not be ready for an exit, but she is ready for holiday plans with her family.

Kyle Richards is all set to celebrate the holidays. In a new Vulture interview, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star talked about spending Christmas with her family. After a few tumultuous years, they are ready to celebrate it together with family.

“To me, the holidays is just about family and being together and letting bygones be bygones. You know, I’ve had situations in my own family where we weren’t speaking during the holidays and it was very painful and it just did not feel like Christmas. And, you know, it actually took our own kids kind of bringing us back together to fix things. …It really is just about family and forgiveness.”

Kyle revealed in the interview that she is excited about “cooking and baking” with her family.“ I’m known for making the best holiday dinner.” She said, “I really am.” Moreover, she added that she makes “unbelievable” turkey.

“I have a really great recipe.” Kyle continued, “I make amazing mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top, peas. I’ve got the best gravy, cranberry sauce, all the classic things. Rolls. I think I might do cornbread this Christmas.”

Fans of RHOBH may recall that Kyle and her sister Kim extended their relationship last year around this time. Kathy Hilton, Kim’s elder sister, disclosed that Kim was spending the holidays alone due to the COVID-19 pandemic in a scene that aired on the Bravo reality show’s 11th season, which was taped over the holiday season in 2020.

Kyle later shared with her husband that her relationship with Kim was, “not amazing, obviously, it’s a strained relationship.” She added that the three sisters are barely on good terms.

Kyle said to her sisters, “When Kathy and I were going through our problems time.” She added about her sister, “And there’s times Kim and I are okay and neither of us are talking to Kathy. It seems that we hardly get all three of us on the same page at the same time.”

Kyle claimed on the season 11 reunion of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” that it was their children that brought them all back together – just in time for Christmas.
