Bow Wow Canceling All New Year’s Eve Plans As COVID Cases Spike

Bow Wow is out here doing his part to make the world a better place. He recently got dragged by 50 cent in his ongoing social media trolling. After breaking a few hearts by revealing his thoughts on marriage, he has now taken up the task of educating the masses.

The “Let Me Hold You” rapper took to Instagram on Tuesday to share how he’s staying safe during the pandemic. While sharing his own decision he also encouraged fans to protect themselves ahead of New Year’s Eve. As cases continue to rise, many people are changing plans and taking extra precautions, including rapper Bow Wow.

Bow Wow said, “it’s back and it’s sweeping n—-as too. Listen wear your masks, protect yourself.” He went on to say although things feel like they have gone back to normal, it is still not so. The new Omicron variant is now the dominant strain of coronavirus in the US. It accounted for over 73% of new cases last week, according to CNN citing data posted Monday by the CDC.

“words of advice wear your mask when you’re outside, look, ain’t nothing outside anyway. It’s the same sh—-, same people when you go to the club every week. You’re not missing nothing. Stay your a—- at home, protect yourself, watch some Netflix… stay in the house.”

Recently, Bow Wow took to Instagram to advocate for the very lessons he learned from Jay-Z 13th record 4:44. He credited the album with setting him on the right path. Now, he hopes he can impart this wisdom onto a new generation.

“I don’t think I’m traveling no soon… if I do it’s by your bus only! Was [supposed] to go our of town for NYE but ima make the exec decision and cancel that! I ain’t tryna get sick and I can’t get my daughter sick either! I have not ever had COVID and don’t plan on catching it.”

After preaching about how a clean credit report that makes you a king. Bow Wow is now setting an example to the youth by staying home on New Years Eve. Its better to take precautions than to suffer the consequences, especially when we don’t know what the new variant holds.
