Gunna Celebrates $350K Bored Ape NFT Purchase With New Tattoo

Recently, many figures in the entertainment industry ventured into the NFT market. Gunna has now joined the club.

Gunna recently purchased a Bored Ape NFT. He shared the news via his Instagram. He named his ape Butta. He even celebrated his latest purchase by getting the same ape tattooed on his leg.

The purchase of $350,000 was done through Moonpay. He followed that up with a brief performance to commemorate the occasion. In the post shared by Gunna, Butta can be seen blowing into a Kazoo and wearing sleek aquamarine shades.

The 28-year old rapper previously dropped big money on Kanye West inspired chain for his friend Lil Baby in celebration of his 27th birthday on Dec. 3. The “Drip Too Hard” collaborator can be seen unboxing the necklace with the name of his Childran, Jason and Loyal etched in the links. The chain is very similar to the one Kanye wore during his return to Instagram before Donda release.

The brotherly-love between the two rappers has always been strong and they have shown that on multiple occasions. Lil Baby previously gifted Gunna an Air Jordan shoebox for his 28th birthday. He dropped a $100k on that one.

In November, Wunna went out with his crew to Little Alley Steakhouse in Atlanta to celebrate another friend’s birthday. He spent a ton of cash there too. The group reportedly ran the bill upto $17,000 at the steakhouse that included 33 shots of D’usse. Gunna posted the bill on his Instagram Story as a flex.
