Netflix’s Daredevil series has been regarded as one of the best superhero shows of all time. Many fans believed it showed the most organic and authentic portrayal of Daredevil yet as Charlie Cox put on the performance of his career. It seems Tom Holland reacted to his recent cameo as well.
Just like all good things eventually come to an end, the same happened for Daredevil. The show ended after its third season on Netflix as the streaming platform stopped producing Marvel shows in general.
Since then fans wondered if fans would get to see Daredevil/Matt Murdock make his return. The rumors started spreading that Murdock could appear in the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home film this year. That is exactly what happened as Cox appeared as Matt Murdock during the early moments of the film.
While speaking with Marvel.com, Tom Holland talked about the numerous cameos in Spider-Man: No Way Home, including Charlie Cox. Holland stated that it was an awesome cameo.
”We had so much fun working with Charlie. It’s really interesting doing a scene between two Super Heroes that has no real Super Hero stuff in it. Apart from the bit when he catches the brick. It was awesome.”
Now that Charlie Cox is officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it remains to be seen when fans will get to see him in a full-fledged role somewhere down the line.
