Yella Beezy’s Grandmother Scammed With Fake Gucci Christmas Gifts

Rappers are known for having discerning tastes. They know all the latest designer fashion and bling. Their sneaker game is always on point. You don’t see fake gear too often when it comes to the rap game.

Yella Beezy is among them. He can spot a counterfeit Gucci belt or watch from a mile away. This Christmas, Beezy says his granny was the victim of an unfortunate scam. This follows another unfortunate incident where he was burned while cooking for the holidays.

Beezy posted to his Instagram about the con. He said his granny was just trying to buy him something nice for Christmas. Instead, the watch and belt he received turned out to be phony.

“My granny was just tryna buy her baby some for Christmas and they Janked her lol … that’s alright because I’m still wearing them so if y’all see me out tonight just know i got on my double Gs fr my “Granny Gift” with 30k in my pockets…

i told her you cant be buying stuff from ppl out the nail shop you have to go to the actual designer store to get this type stuff . But idc I’m GRATEFUL & Love you to the moon and bacc it’s the thought that matters ….. Merry Christmas !!!”

Yella Beezy says he still appreciates the gift. It was a ray of sunshine in a time where the rapper has some serious legal issues to deal with. He still plans to wear the fake gear to honor his grandmother. He’s also had a discussion with her about how to avoid such a scam in the future. At least Yella knows her heart was in the right place.
