Dak Prescott Fires Back At Haters After Huge Performance

The Dallas Cowboys claim to be America’s Team. Based on recent fan reaction to the performance of Dak Prescott, the claim was questionable at best. Haters from Dallas and around the country lined up to drag the Dallas QB.

Dak subsequently threw for 330 yards and 4 touchdowns with a 71% completion rate against the Washington Football Team on Sunday, December 26. The Cowboys routed the WFT 56-14. It was a stellar performance by the 11-4 Dallas squad.

Prescott wasn’t content to let his play do the talking. During his post-game press conference, he fired back at the haters. Dak said it’s hard for them to do any talking now.

“You tell me, I never said we’re in a slump, those were your words. So, I think it’d be hard for you to say that now, but yeah tonight was great. Great performance by the offense. Great performance by the team, scoring on all three phases. Scoring by all the different ways that we did on offense. Yeah, a great team win, great team effort.”

The victory strengthened the Cowboys’ vice grip on the NFC East lead. The Philadelphia Eagles are closest at 8-7. The loss dropped Washington to 6-9. They are unlikely to make a run at Dallas.

The Cowboys have had several stars find their form throughout the season. Dak Prescott knows what he is capable of. He isn’t letting the critics keep him from showing out on the gridiron.
