Kanye West Buys House Across the Street From Kim Kardashian

Kanye West is going through rough patch of time and clearly not many things are going his way. Splitting with wife Kim Kardashian has been on the headlines all over the internet.

Ye teamed with the Los Angeles Mission to deliver between 1,000 Thanksgiving Eve meals at Skid Row, Wednesday. While at Skid Row, West said he wanted to “share ideas” with L.A. Mission, the nonprofit organization that works with the homeless population of Los Angeles. He moreover went on to say that he is probably going to settle out of his house if he decides not to stay there anymore.

People really didn’t expect him to follow up on his words. However, keeping his word, he’s already got a new $57.3 million Malibu mansion quite in the vicinity of Kardashian’s vast Hidden Hills estate. He has put another $4.5 million on a place that happens to lie directly across the street from their previous home.

The property appears well-maintained. Given that the San Fernando Valley’s scorching summer temperatures can top 110 degrees Fahrenheit, it boasts a drought-resistant AstroTurf. The property seems a bit bland given Kanye West’s artistic choices and love for architectural marvels.

Kim Kardashian has been actively involved in a budding relationship with Pete Davidson. Their relationship is reportedly not sitting well with Kanye. As the new couple grow closer day by day, the news of a divorce between Ye and Kim seems imminent.

We will see whether Ye eventually would move into one of these new properties. From a place like this  the 44-year-old will be able to keep an eye on Kardashian’s doings. However that plays out to be, we will soon find that out.
