Madonna Calls Out Tory Lanez For Illegally Using Her Song

Madonna has become quite a controversial figure these days. The pop icon now holds the opinion that Tory Lanez sampled her music without permission. Lanez is already embroiled in a nasty legal battle with Megan Thee Stallion.

Megan Thee Stallion claims that Lanez shot her in the foot. Like having to deal with a feud with one of the most popular female rappers wasn’t enough, Tory Lanez is now being shamed publicly by Madonna. As per PopCrave, the feud sparked on Instagram comments.

Tory Lanez song “Pluto’s Last Comet” came under scrutiny by Madonna. He was called out for illegally sampling a song from her 1985 Desperately Seeking Susan soundtrack. Madonna left a comment on one of his recent posts. “Read your messages for illegal usage of my song get into the groove,” she warned.

Lanez has been promoting “Pluto’s Last Comet” on his social media. Unlike LeBron, Madonna’s clearly not a fan of Lanez. She believes the song, especially the beginning instrumental, is a rip-off of her earlier work.

the Canadian rapper is facing heavy scrutiny following the lawsuit. However, he has continued with business as usual. He released his sixth studio album Alone At Prom under his One Umbrella Records imprint earlier this month.
