Eminem’s 16-Year-Old Curtain Call Album Breaks Top 50 To Close Out 2021

Eminem’s contributions to the world of Hip-Hop cannot be understated in any way. Artists such as Skylar Grey still get starstruck working with him even now. It seems one of his older albums is still selling like hotcakes.

Curtain Call: The Hits dropped on December 6, 2005 and fans still can’t get enough of it according to Hits Daily Double.

Slim Shady is also never shy from telling fans about his humble beginnings, as he grew up very poor and portrayed as such in the film 8 Mile. He also previously opened up his own restaurant called ‘Mom’s spaghetti based on a famous line from the movie’s anthem, “Lose Yourself.”

His albums continue to break records even now. On top of that, he is a savvy businessman, which is why he has dealt with several projects over the years. He also broke records on Deezer as well.

As revealed by HipHopAndMore’s Instagram post, Eminem’s 2005 classic Curtain Call: The Hits is currently the 49th best-selling album of 2021 as it has sold an astounding 673,000 units. This is certainly impressive considering it is over 16 years old now.

One reason for this might be that people have Christmas money, so they’re buying this collection of Eminem’s greatest hits in one shot.

The album contains some of Eminem’s best songs, including Stan and My Name Is, which might be the reason for its insane selling number. Regardless, Eminem’s name is a huge brand and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
