Rich The Kid Hit With $41k Lawsuit Over Unpaid Rent

It seems Rich the Kid has found himself in the midst of trouble again. Now, he is doing rounds in courtrooms after being sued over unpaid rent.

The Source reports that Rich the Kid is again being sued for failing to pay his rent agreement. This time it’s his Manhattan landlord who claims the rapper owes almost $41,000 in rent dues.

The Queens native, whose real name is Dimitri Roger has lived in the East Village for 14 months. He stopped paying rent in August. The landlord of his East Village 14 home made his case in Manhattan Supreme Court.

It’s not the first time the “Plug the Walk” rapper has found himself defending in courtrooms. He was previously sued by Blueprint Artist Management over money troubles.

Last year, Blueprint Artist management sued him ,alleging Kid owed over $3.5 million in fees. The original contract between the two was struck back in May, 2017.It seems Kid has a habit of not paying back what’s owed.

The rapper was reportedly sued for more than $300,00 for rent owed in Los Angeles. He was also accused of not paying Beverly Hills jeweler Peter Marco for more than $230,000 worth of jewelry. We will continue to monitor the developing story for updates.
