Snoop Dogg Smokes Up In Studio While Previewing New Music

Snoop Dogg is ready to get back in the studio fresh off the release of his Def Jam compilation album, Snoop Dogg Presents Algorithm. The rapper recently took to his Instagram to reveal what he has in store for 2022. This is not all, he is also linking up with another West Coast icon to get the job done.

On December 28, Snoop Dogg shared a clip of him jamming to a new song while rolling up a blunt, on Instagram. The song contains a sample of The Whispers’ Keep On Loving Me and will be featured on Snoop’s new album. Snoop also revealed the alleged title, B.O.D.R, in the caption of his post.

Legendary producer DJ Battlecat also took to his Instagram to share the same video as Snoop. The producer hinted that he produced the record in the clip. In his caption, Battlecat gave a bit more detail on what was going on between the two and the pair of alleged features on the song.

Battlecat then shared another post regarding the sample and how he received the producers’ blessings on the record.

“SO YESTERDAY I GET A CALL FROM THE LEGENDAY LEON F SYLVERS HIMSELF ABOUT THIS BANGER CLASSIC OF HIS HE PRODUCED FOR THE WHISPER & SAID WE DID A INCREDIBLE JOB,” Battlecat wrote in the caption. “THAT’S GOTTA BE ONE OF MY BIGGEST COMPLIMENTS EVER IN THIS LIFETIME THAT MEANS HE RESPECT ME AS A MUSICIAN & A PRODUCER !! @leonsylversiii CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH & @hojomusic FOR CONNECTING US !! YOU BOTH DESERVE ALL YOUR FLOWERS,” he added.

Snoop posted another snippet of his new album a few days ago featuring a collab with The Dogg Pound and Butch Cassidy. Snoop called it a solo project in the caption. Looks like 2022 is shaping up to be a big year for Snoop as he was also recently tapped for Big Daddy Kane’s upcoming Netflix documentary.
