Kim Kardashian’s Neighbor Files Lawsuit Over Driveway Construction

.Kim Kardashian recently became a billionaire and things have certainly been looking up for her since then. In addition to being a star of her own show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ she is also a very savvy businesswoman who continues to make her mark in various industries. She is determined to do a lot of things, but perhaps pursuing a law degree might not be one of them.

Kim Kardashian is a fashion icon and a trendsetter in a variety of ways. She is certainly an influencer in various ways but it seems not every piece of advice she gives is a good one.

Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian was sued by her neighbor over allegedly building an underground vault. It seems her neighbor has yet another issue with Kardashian.

According to TMZ, legal documentation stated that Kim Kardashian’s neighbor Sarah Key, has filed for an injunction in order to stop Kim Kardashian from putting a driveway on a strip of land Key claims to own.

Key claimed that Kardashian wants a special driveway that gives her easy access to and from her house in the gated community of Hidden Hills. She has yet to start construction but Key wants to stop that.

This is because Key claimed a portion of the driveway would be squarely on her property. The injunction lawsuit is not against Kim, but rather the Hidden Hills Community Association. It seems Kim Kardashian’s ordeal with her neighbor is unlikely to end anytime soon.
