Betty White passed away on New Year’s Eve, just hours from reaching a new year. Now fans will have to enter 2022 without one of the world’s favorite entertainers.

US Weekly reports that a source within law enforcement has confirmed that Betty White’s passing was due to natural causes. The legend of entertainment was 99-years-old, just over two weeks away from turning 100 on January 17th.

“It appears to be natural cause of death with no evidence of foul play,” the LAPD tells Us.

The Los Angeles Police Department said that officers responded to the actress’ home at 9:37 a.m. local time on Friday, December 31. Sadly, Betty White passed away.

Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
