Steve Austin Gives Honest Opinion On Michael Jordan vs LeBron James Debate

Michael Jordan is certainly one of the most iconic basketball players to have ever stepped foot inside a basketball court. He is also no stranger to setting records. It seems ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin is a huge fan of Michael Jordan as well.

Jordan is still the king when it comes to being the richest NBA star in the history of the sport. He earned more in his business ventures than he did during his time as an active NBA player. His net worth was said to be over $2 billion.

On the other hand, LeBron James is also touted as one of the all-time greats in the world of professional basketball. James has broken numerous records during his career and is always compared with Jordan as far as being the GOAT of basketball is concerned.

While speaking with ‘WrestlingRamble89, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin talked about the ongoing debate between Michael Jordan and LeBron James regarding the GOAT of the sport. Austin stated that he prefers Jordan but still has a lot of respect for James.

“I grew up on Michael Jordan and I’ll never forget. We were at the Cleveland arena when LeBron [James] had just gotten drafted and he was a rookie and he was sitting on the front row in the crowd.

I appreciate what LeBron’s doing and bringing to the game. He is unbelievable. But for me, just because [Michael] Jordan has that mystique, I gotta go to Michael Jordan just off the mystique. But both guys are phenomenal,”

Michael Jordan will continue to be discussed when it comes to being one of the all-time greats and LeBron James being compared to him is certainly huge praise as well.
