Few rappers have enjoyed the kind of success that Post Malone has in such a short period of time. However, it seems that the rapper and his record label are at a bit of an impasse unfortunately.

Malone’s manager, Dre London recently revealed that the rapper wants to drop a big album, but is being held back by his label, Republic Records. In an Instagram post made on Monday, London claimed that the project is ready to go.

Album has been done!! We Ready!! But seems @republicrecords @universalmusicgroup isn’t Posty fans no more need to press me anymore we did our part!

It has been two years since the rapper dropped his last album, Hollywood’s Bleeding, which debuted at No. 1 with 489,000 total-album equivalent units. The label holding him back seems to be a baffling decision.

Earlier last year, London claimed that Malone was planning on dropping two albums in 2021. However, neither of the two were released. London also added in his Instagram post that “it’s time for the label to get the business right.” Check out his post below.
