Quavo and Drake put together a little bet to make last night’s College Football Playoff National Championship a little more interesting. The Migos star took a selfie outside of Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis and reminded Drake about their wager.
Drake responded with some friendly trash talk of his own. Drizzy had the Alabama Crimson Tide in the bet. Quavo was pulling for his Georgia Bulldogs.
In the end, Georgia pulled off the upset and won their first national championship in 41 years. Quavo won the bet. Now he says he’s having trouble getting Drake to answer his phone.
“He ain’t answer the phone. I need my chips with dip baby. I need my chips with dip. My boyyyyyy.”
The amount the two rappers wagered is unknown. Quavo and Drake have bet on Georgia games in the past. The duo broke even on a pair of $50,000 wagers. The stakes could’ve been even higher for such an important game.
Quavo is a huge fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. The Georgia native got to hang out with winning Dawgs quarterback Stetson Bennett after the tame. Quavo shared a video of the celebration in the Georgia locker room. The rapper recently fulfilled a dream and performed with WWE. Quavo is taking 2022 by storm.
