Jana Kramer started 2022 with new perspectives and a strong mentality. Kramer filed for divorce from Mike Caussin in April after nearly six years of marriage, with the divorce set to be finalized in July 2021. The former couple divorced briefly in 2016 before resuming their vows. Jana Kramer has just confirmed that she is back on the dating scene.
Kramer revealed that she’s dating again, but she’s taking things slow this time. During Monday’s episode of her “Whine Down with Jana Kramer” podcast, aptly named “The Man in the TikTok,” the singer addressed the video she shared last week of herself climbing on a mysterious man, who has now been identified as Ian Schinelli.
Jana had an interesting talk with Kathryn Vieira Woodard, the show’s guest co-host.
“How are things? How’s your love life?”
“Oh wow! Did you see my TikTok?”
“I feel like if we’re posting I can ask. I’m just asking what the people want to know.”
Playing coy, Kramer went on to say that it “was cute” but she’s “too old to be doing TikTok.”
“It was fun. I laughed a lot, and I had a good time.”
Kramer said that her fans had emailed in “quite a few questions” regarding her love life, such as “Who’s the boy? Is he your boyfriend?” and “who is this guy you’re hanging out with? How did you meet Ian?” However, the “Dancing With the Stars” star acknowledged that she was unwilling to divulge any other details.
“I’m scared. It’s a scary thing. Dating is scary, it’s very scary. It’s a scary world out there. It’s scary, and I’m scared, I’ll say that.”
“[I’m taking it] a day at a time.”
Kramer and Schinelli, a Nashville-based fitness trainer and self-proclaimed “female dad,” have been the subject of romance rumours in recent weeks. The two have shared several photos and videos of themselves on social media, but have yet to openly declare their connection.
